CBD Oil is Changing My Life!

That is a pretty bold statement, but it is true. I’ve discovered CBD oil, I know I’m a bit late to the party, but I’m so pleased I have found it. It is truly helping my bipolar and the aches and pains I have been having for years.

I really thought it was just going to be another one of my failed purchases to improve my health, but it isn’t. And to be honest, I thought the hype was just that, hype and people were suffering from the placebo effect. However, it works, and I wish I had taken it when it first came to market.

What Are the Effects on Me?

As you may or may not be aware, depending on how frequently you visit my website, I have bipolar disorder and experience rapid cycling. This is the state where I can go between depression or hypomania within the space of a day. I also have suffered a lot from brain fog when I am depressed.

Since taking CBD Oil the following has happened:

  • My thoughts are clearer.
  • My energy has increased, in a good way, not uncontrollable energy but a productive one.
  • I feel like the old me, not the ill me.
  • It relaxes me while making me feel capable because I feel like me without anxiety.
  • After I have taken the oil, I am more productive and no longer procrastinate.
  • I’m only on an anti-depressant until I speak to my doctor about a mood stabiliser, but I’m wondering if I need it as the effect of the oil is the best I have felt in a long while.
  • I like the taste in a weird way, but you can get flavoured CBD oil
  • I have arthritis in my feet, and it has eased my pain.
  • It has also taken away the somatic symptoms I have when I am depressed of aching limbs, like flu pain.

The only downside I have found is the price, it is a bit pricey, but I am finding the money as I need it to feel this good.

Which CBD Oil Do I Use?

I’ve only tried one, and I don’t need to try another because of its effects. I’m not sure if my mind and body will get used to the effects, but I will update the article right here if it does.

The name of the CBD oil I use is from a company called Reakiro, and when I was originally searching for the oil, I was overwhelmed by the number of companies selling it. So I decided to go for the one with the most reviews and the one I could afford. And I’m glad I did.

[AF] You can visit Reakiro store by clicking here or the picture. And they offer a discount for new customers if you subscribe to the newsletter.

I have the dropper bottle, but I think I might also try capsules.

The above leads to their website, where you can purchase the oil or capsules, but I can’t vouch for capsules as I haven’t tried them yet.

Obviously, I have no idea how it will work for you as I’m not a medical expert; I am just someone who experiences mental health issues, and CBD Oil helps me.

Don’t Come Off Of Medication.

I don’t advise coming off your tablets or anything like that; you need to decide that with your doctor and I won’t be coming off mine; the only reason I’m not taking a mood stabiliser at the moment is that the one I was on started disagreeing with me, several weeks before I started taking the oil.

Some people say it helps them to sleep, I have not found this, and I am waiting for an order of Melatonin to come from the USA. But you can be assured if that helps me sleep, I’ll be writing about it.

As for my continued use of CBD oil, it occurs to me how much I have missed out on in the last few years through my blinkered view. I relied on my doctor to help me with tablets, and lo and behold, it appears I needed this as an extra to help me.

I’m not saying it has cured me; what I am saying is it gives me a better quality of life than I had before I was taking it. It is not a cure but an aid, and much like taking a tablet, I take it twice a day; by putting the drops under my tongue and within several minutes, I can feel myself relax and feel calmer.

I highly recommend CBD oil, and there are other companies out there where you can buy it from, but as I said, I have only used the one above, and I will continue to do so.

Leave your comments below about your experience of the oil or if you are thinking about it. I would love to see your thoughts about.

Peace & Blessings
